Joseph Neal is an Investment Sales Officer with Country Club Bank’s Capital Markets Group (CMG), where he leverages more than a decade of experience in financial services to help clients navigate investment strategies and meet their long-term financial goals. He is committed to building strong relationships, educating clients and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Background
Before joining CMG, Joe worked as a Financial Advisor at Vanguard, where he collaborated with a team to serve affluent clients and successfully implemented 80% of new client leads into managed services. He consistently delivered measurable advisor value and increased client engagement through interactive platforms.
Earlier in his career, Joe was a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors. There, he tripled assets under management and revenue over a three-year period, conducted regular client reviews and transitioned clients into managed portfolios. His financial journey began at Plains State Bank, where he worked as a Loan Officer, managing all consumer lending and improving loan performance metrics.
Joe has a master’s degree in education from Wichita State University and a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Kansas. He also holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and is a certified Wealth Management Specialist.
